Service Information
The purpose of the Neighborhood Legal Clinics program (NLC) is to offer free, limited legal advice and referrals to King County residents and Washington State residents with legal issues in King County who might otherwise have no access to the legal system. It is a goal of the program to make the clinics accessible regardless of barriers such as income, education, language or disability.
Attorneys determine whether the client has a legal problem, suggest possible options, and provide appropriate referrals. These attorneys will not represent you in court. NLC attorneys may not have expertise in all areas of the law, but they will make every attempt to answer questions accurately.
General Law: To make an appointment call 206- 267-7070 Tuesday - Thursday from 9:00 am- 12:00 pm. Please note, appointments are scheduled no more than 7 days in advance. The scheduling line receives a high volume of calls so you may experience wait times between 5 to 10 minutes. Appointment times: Thursdays 7:00-9:00 pm
Family Law: To make an appointment call 206- 267-7070 Tuesdays from 9:00 am- 12:00 pm. Please note, Family Law clinics fill up quickly. In order to successfully schedule an appointment, we advise you to call at 9:00am. When you call you will be making an appointment one week in advance. Appointment times: Thursdays 7:00-9:00 pm
Mission Statement: We exist to not only expose young people to missions, but to actually train and mobilize them to impact eternity now through work teams to orphanages, schools, churches, and remote villages. Evangelism teams use soccer, volleyball, basketball, choir, drama, video/film, TESL motorcycle, backpack, boat, and...well you get the picture!
